Isolate, cut out the failed run, repipe, pressure test before we pack up.

More of the final bill is decided in the first five minutes of the phone call than by anything we do later with a jetter. If you can close the supply before we arrive, you usually turn a rebuild back into a repair.
So that is the first question every time, before anyone talks about money. If you do not know where the valve is, stay on the line — we will find it with you.

$149 after hours, covering travel and working out what is wrong. Repair is quoted separately and signed off before it starts.
Nights and holidays too?
Yes. The crew is on call round the clock, weekends and public holidays included.
Cabled or jetted — who decides?
The camera does. We survey first, then pick the method that actually clears the line rather than the one that is quickest to bill.
How do I pay?
Card, tap-to-pay or cheque, on site, once the job is done and you have seen it.
Licensed and insured?
Texas Master Plumber licence M-00000 (demo) and $1M general liability cover (demo). Both come out of the van on request.
What do I do while I wait?
Close the shut-off and keep water off anything electrical. We will talk you through it on the call.
